Grupa Kosciuszko Polskie Jadlo S.A. is one of the most recognizable entities which operates in the sector of gastronomic services in Poland. Activity of the company which was established in 1996 concentrated on development of "Chlopskie Jadlo" restaurant chain, which became one of the most recognizable and popular restaurants in Poland. After they were sold in 2006 the obtained means were invested in making and management of the new restaurant chains which function in the franchise model as "Polskie Jadlo", "Lowcy Smakow" and "Ready&Go" brands. The next basic segment of the company’s operations, which has been developed since 2004, is production and selling of ready-made products under own brand. Among the products there are food products (cold meats, bread, confectionery, dairy) as well as products with extended "best before" date (preserve foods in jars).

Accumulated knowledge regarding the market as well as experience in gastronomic chains development, which results from the creation of the “Chlopskie Jadlo” chain success, constitutes huge capital of the company. The next key element for the development of the company is the make-up of the Management Board as well as Supervisory Board, members of which are for example the president of the management board – Jan Kosciuszko, who is the person behind the success and the originator Chlopskie Jadlo chain, also being the member of the Supervisory Board, long-term management director of Chlopskie Jadlo - Pawel Patena and the chairman of the supervisory board - Marek Zuber - one of the most recognizable individuals on polish capital market and member of the authorities of numerous stock-listed companies.

Combination of unique knowledge and competences together with interesting business model, which bases on the creation of two franchise chains completing each other’s offer, allows the company to develop the operational activity in a dynamic way, by creation of the Premium and fast food premises. The business model is complemented by selling the own products under the recognizable brand, which is conducted in the biggest commercial networks in Poland. The next element which influences the increase of the cost effectiveness of conducted activity will be construction of the own production plant included in the 2007-2009 strategy, thanks to which the company will operate by the rule of vertical integration.

The next stage in the development of the company is realization of the development strategy for years 2007-2009. It covers making of the nationwide chain of several dozen restaurants (in august 2007 the company possesses 11 premises, which are located in Lesser Poland voivodeship), the development of sale of own products as well as the construction of own production plant which will operate for the needs of the conducted activity. In connection to the realization of the strategy, in the first quarter of 2008 the first public stock issue of Grupa Kosciuszko Polskie Jadlo S.A will take place.
