The development strategy of the Issuer for years 2008-2009 assumes the development of already existing restaurant chain of Premium segment (mainly under “Polskie Jadlo” brand), as well as of fast food segment (“Ready&Go”, “Ready&Go Lanczowisko). It also assumes the continuation regarding the construction of ready made dishes plant (for the needs of own restaurants), as well as storage and logistics centre.
Purchase and construction of the production plant as well as storage and logistics centre
In order to improve the effectiveness and keep the proper level of the quality of the products offered in the restaurants constituting the chain of the issuer, the Company constructs the production plant as well as storage and logistics centre. Below the investment realization stages for year 2008 have been presented:
1. Modernization and enlargement as well as adaptation of the existing production buildings, which are located on the purchased real estate, in order to conduct the food production, localization of the warehouses and organization of the logistics centre.
2. Final adaptation of the service and accommodation building, which is located on the considered real estate for office purposes.
3. Starting the production of the ready made dishes.
Development of activity in the segment of ready made dishes
The issuer plans to enlarge the sales in the segment of cold meat products as well as ready made dishes, also to be exported, which is to be realized in two ways:
- In fresh sector (cold meats) by expanding the number of the outlets
- In food sector (preserves, soups, pates, meatballs, stuffed cabbage, lazanki, pig knuckles, salads) by establishing cooperation with new chains, hypermarkets, supermarkets, wholesalers.
The company plans its further development of selling the own products under the brand “Polskie Jadlo” in Tesco and Real hypermarkets chains as well as opening its own outlets.
